Greenhouse Rental for Photographers

Welcome, Photographers! We are excited to share the EverBloom greenhouse with fellow professionals such as yourself. This is the perfect location for you and your clients.

Scheduling of all rentals is absolutely necessary since other events are scheduled, elopement ceremonies and mini-weddings being the most frequent. Greenhouse rentals are available Monday-Thursday and if you require a Friday, Saturday or Sunday rental time, we can usually reserve a scheduled time about 2-3 weeks out.

For availability, please send an email or click the chat button to begin a chat. Please include in your chat that you've read and understand all greenhouse and property rules.

The EverBloom greenhouse is located at our home, so the physical address, parking instructions and other information will be emailed to you once your deposit is secured. (Check your spam for confirmation, address and parking instructions which are typically sent within 24 hours.

Greenhouse and Property Rules

The Client will be responsible for any plants and/or pots and/or garden beds damaged during their time on the property and including the greenhouse.
The Client agrees they will not hold Melanie McKnight or anyone associated with the EverBloom greenhouse liable for any injuries sustained to any person in attendance. The Clients and all guests invited attend and step onto the property at their own risk.
We are happy to refund deposit. However, since scheduling is necessary for this type of event venue we require a 48 hour notice by chat or text if you are unable to keep your scheduled date. This will allow us to make other arrangements. If you want to reschedule we can apply your deposit to the new date as long as you notify us within 48 hours.
You are welcome to schedule mini sessions for your clients! Please use the greenhouse AS IT IS. Additional decor, styling and setup are not permitted.
There are dressing rooms on site with a restroom for the bride and groom only to change. All others must come dressed for the event.
Restrooms are available to attendees for emergency use only.
Open flames are not permitted inside or outside the greenhouse.
Children are always welcome but please keep them out of the flower beds, and please do not pick the flowers.
Be aware of the paver brick inside and outside the greenhouse is uneven in places as well as rocks, etc. all pose a potential trip hazard.
Please take all trash with you when you leave.
The Client understands the greenhouse is located at our private residence. We ask that each person respect our space and the space made available to you.
The weight limit for the Macramé Swing is 250lbs Please do not exceed this maximum for safety reasons.
Please stick to your time slot! Arrive on time and depart on time since it is very likely other clients will be scheduled before and after you. Doing so will help ensure everything will go smoothly for everyone.

STYLED SHOOTS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

All the above rules apply.
When renting the greenhouse for a styled shoot with ticket sales for other photographers, please use the 'Styled Shoot' option for checkout.
Styled shoot rentals are held in 2 hour increments.
Models must arrived dressed.
Restrooms are available for emergency use only
There is 1 complimentary hour permitted for set up and 1 complimentary hour permitted for tear down.
The greenhouse must be used AS IT IS. Large furniture rentals & and your floral installations must be discussed with Melanie McKnight prior to booking the event, no exceptions. Drilling into the greenhouse for installations is not permitted.

BABY SHOWERS/ENGAGEMENT PARTIES/BRIDAL SHOWERS

All the above rules apply.
Restrooms are available for emergency use only
There is 1 complimentary hour permitted for set up and 1 complimentary hour permitted for tear down.
Up to 6 tables and up to 20 chairs are provided.

By submitting your payment, you and any person that steps onto our property agree to these terms. Clients are expected to make sure all attendees and or participants are aware of all of the above.
