Weather permitting, your reception will be set up on our stunning lighted reception patio, located right outside the greenhouse. This picturesque outdoor space provides the perfect backdrop for celebrating your special day.

 

However, in the event of rain or inclement weather, we will seamlessly transition your reception indoors to the greenhouse, where your ceremony will be held. This ensures a comfortable, cozy, and equally beautiful atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy.

Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR AN ELOPEMENT MICRO-WEDDING?

A: We accommodate the number of guests inside the greenhouse for each package. This ensures plenty of room for you and your guests including the plants, flowers, decorations, and other items such as tables and chairs.

Q: IS THE OFFICIANT FOR THE CEREMONY INCLUDED IN EACH PACKAGE?

A: Yes! But, we understand sometimes couples have a family member or a friend they want to conduct the ceremony. Just let us know if you do.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

A: Rain is always a risk for any event but the greenhouse is completely dry inside. So, if your reception is planned for outdoors then we will move it inside the greenhouse.

Q: IS THE EVERBLOOM OPEN FOR BOOKINGS?

A: Yes! Bookings are NOW OPEN for all events offered and all seasons.

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

A: We are currently booking for both 2025-2026. If you already have a date in mind then we recommend booking as soon as you decide.

BOOKING YOUR CEREMONY

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RESERVE THE DATE FOR YOUR CEREMONY:

STEP 1 - TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND BOOK YOUR EVENT, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO (melaniemckightphotograpy@gmail.com). PLEASE INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN BE REACHED OR CLICK THE CHAT BUTTON TO BEGIN A CHAT.

Step 2 - COMPLETE THE NECESSARY ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS SUCH AS SELECTING THE DATE FOR YOUR CEREMONY, YOUR PACKAGE SELECTION, AND ANY AND ALL DESIRED ADD-ONS.

​

STEP 3 - ONCE YOUR DATE, PACKAGE, AND ADD-ONS ARE CONFIRMED A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE TOTAL WITH AR TAX ADDED WILL BE DUE. DATES ARE NOT RESERVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT OF HALF OF YOUR TOTAL DOWN.  WITH THE REMAINING 50% DUE THE DAY OF YOUR CEREMONY BEFORE THE CEREMONY STARTS. A DATE CANNOT BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO THE NUMBER OF REQUESTS FOR A CEREMONY DATE.

STEP 4 - ​WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT THEN WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR DATE, PACKAGE, AND ADD-ONS SELECTED VIA EMAIL AND TEXT WITH A TOTAL COST FOR YOUR CEREMONY AS A CONTRACT PROPOSAL. YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE USING THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED TO US TO LET YOU KNOW IT WAS SENT.

 

STEP -5 PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT PROPOSAL AND SEND US AN EMAIL AGREEING TO EVERYTHING IS CORRECT. AS A COURTESY, WE WILL HAVE A PRINTED COPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR YOU TO SIGN WHEN YOU PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE ON THE DAY OF YOUR CEREMONY. PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT DETAILS SECTION AT THIS TIME.

REFUND POLICY

🌿 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We are so honored to be considered for your special day. Because each booking reserves a unique date and time specifically for you, we ask that you please be absolutely sure before securing your elopement or micro wedding with us.

 

💍 ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

 

Due to the nature of our business, which is calendar-based and date-specific, all deposits are non-refundable. When you book with us, that date is removed from our availability and dedicated entirely to you — meaning we are unable to offer that time to anyone else.

 

We kindly ask that you only move forward with booking when you’re fully confident in your chosen date and ready to commit.

 

Thank you so much for understanding and for trusting us with such a meaningful moment in your life. We take that trust to heart, and we’re committed to giving you a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable experience.

RULES AND TERMS FOR USING THE EVERBLOOM

EVERBLOOM GREENHOUSE IS LOCATED AT OUR HOME IN HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS.​

  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 25 PEOPLE. THIS INCLUDES THE COUPLE, OFFICIANT, GUESTS, AND PHOTOGRAPHER.

  • THE RENTAL TIME IS THE MAXIMUM OF TIME LISTED WITHIN EACH PACKAGE FOR THE CEREMONY, THE PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE TIME ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THIS TIME. IT'S RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE THE PHOTO PACKAGE ADD-ON IF YOU WANT ADDITIONAL TIME FOR THE CEREMONY AND PICTURES.

  • THE CLIENT(S) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PLANTS, POTS, OR GARDEN BEDS DAMAGED DURING THEIR TIME AT THE EVERBLOOM VENUE AND PROPERTY.

  • THE CLIENT(S) AND OR GUESTS AGREE NOT TO HOLD MELANIE MCKNIGHT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED TO ANY PERSON IN ATTENDANCE. THIS INCLUDES THE CLIENT(S) AND ALL GUESTS STEPPING ONTO THE PROPERTY AND THEREBY DOING SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

  • DRESSING ROOMS ARE FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM ONLY.

  • PLEASE KEEP ALL CHILDREN OUT OF THE FLOWER BEDS AND PLEASE DO NOT PICK THE FLOWERS.

  • BEWARE OF THE FLAGSTONE, IT IS UNEVEN AND CAN BE A POTENTIAL TRIP HAZARD.

  • PLEASE USE THE TRASH CANS PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY.

  • CLIENT(S) AND GUESTS UNDERSTAND THE VENUE IS LOCATED ON OUR HOME PROPERTY SO WE ASK EVERYONE TO RESPECT OUR SPACE.

  • SMOKING AND VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED ON ANY OF THE PROPERTY WHICH INCLUDES THE BRIDE AND GROOM DRESSING ROOMS, BATHROOM, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE GREENHOUSE, AND THE RECEPTION AREA.

  • PARKING IS A LIMITED TO OUR TWO DRIVEWAYS (SIX VEHICLES MAX) THE REMAINDER IS STREET PARKING. ANY AND ALL GUESTS CARPOOLING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. WE WILL HAVE A PARKING ATTENDANT AND WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW HIS DIRECTIONS.

  • PLEASE STAY TO YOUR RESERVED TIME BY ARRIVING ON TIME AND DEPARTING ON TIME. OTHER EVENTS MAY BE SCHEDULED BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR TIME.

  • THE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY APPLIES WITHOUT EXCEPTION.


BY SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT

YOU, THE CLIENTS(S), AND ON BEHALF OF ANY PERSON STEPPING ONTO THE PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF ALL INFORMATION HEREIN AND AGREE TO ALL RULES AND TERMS ABOVE. WE SINCERELY WANT TO MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY EXTRA SPECIAL AT THE EVERBLOOM. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN DO BY EMAIL, TEXT, OR CHAT.

Timeliness & Additional Fees Clause

 

At Everbloom, we thoughtfully schedule multiple elopements each day to ensure every couple receives a beautiful, intimate experience. For this reason, it is essential that you and your guests arrive and depart at your designated time.

 

Arriving or departing late not only disrupts the flow of your day, but it also affects the experience of the couples scheduled before and after you. We ask that you please honor your scheduled time out of respect for our team and all couples who share this special space.

 

A $75 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past your scheduled arrival or departure time. This fee will be invoiced after the event if applicable.

 

If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled elopement start time, your ceremony will need to be rescheduled to begin after the next client’s event concludes. We will do our best to accommodate you on the same day, but please understand that priority will be given to couples arriving on time.

 

We strongly encourage all couples to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and communicate clearly with any vendors or guests who may be involved to ensure a smooth and timely celebration.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF HALF OF THE AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND THE OTHER HALF ON THE DAY OF THE CEREMONY BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE CEREMONY.

  • DEPOSIT PAYMENTS MAY BE PAID BY VENMO, CASH APP, APPLE PAY, ZELLE OR CHECK.         (IF PAYING BY CHECK IT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF BOOKING). YOU MAY PAY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE METHODS OR WITH CASH.

  • ARKANSAS SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR CEREMONY PACKAGE AND WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.

  • SEPARATE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL FLOWERS MUST BE MADE WITH THE LOCAL FLORIST.
